With the Flomar® HF high-performance flotation system, heavily contaminated industrial wastewater can be treated in continuous operation by means of dissolved air flotation. The integrated Flomar® FlowJet, used to generate microbubbles, is particularly robust and insensitive to solids.
With the high-performance Flomar® HF 1-140 SF to 1-3000 SF for highly contaminated wastewater, industrial wastewater is treated in continuous operation by means of dissolved air flotation. The integrated Flomar® FlowJet (liquid jet gas compressor), for generating microbubbles, is particularly robust and well suited for the treatment of wastewater with a high solids content. The required high treatment capacities can thus be achieved despite the compact and space-saving design. Thanks to the robust and low-maintenance structure and, in particular, the omission of moving parts, the FlowJet system is also characterized by a high degree of operational reliability. A high as well as uniform air input (adjustable) significantly improves the removal of undissolved organic and inorganic wastewater ingredients such as fats, hydrocarbons, heavy metals, microplastics and other wastewater ingredients.
By combining ECSO and Envifloc® treatment chemicals with the EC online flocculator and the intelligent control system from EnviroChemie, optimized macroflocs are produced which can be safely separated in the Flomar® HF flotation cell. The intelligent EC control system reduces the amount of chemicals used as well as the amount of flotation sludge and, depending on the industry, even makes the buffer tank superfluous, since "fresh" wastewater can be treated more efficiently in some cases. The process is successfully used in dairies, cheese factories, food processing, the wood industry, the cosmetics industry, the chemical industry, the metal industry, large-scale laundries as well as in mines.
